The support and guidance you need

One to one personal training sessions are an excellent way to improve your fitness. Having someone to support and guide you through the challenges of training can make a huge difference to the results you see and the knowledge that you gain along the way will stay with you long after your sessions have finished.


We offer a free 30 minute consultation which includes an analysis of your current diet, fitness and lifestyle. We will talk about your goals and give you some feedback on how we can achieve them. Then it’s up to you to decide if you like what you hear and want to commit to a training program with True Fitness.

After an initial consultation we will create a bespoke training program with short, medium and long term goals which we will monitor on a regular basis and change if necessary. It is important that we create a sustainable program that works around your busy life.

You will also receive
  • A full exercise programme for your one to one sessions plus activities to carry out on your own on the days in between.
  • A nutrition plan to make sure that you are fuelling yourself properly. Most of your good work in the gym can be quickly undone by poor diet choices.
  • Lifestyle advice on everything from sleep/recovery to time management.
  • A professional and confidential service at all times.
  • 100% commitment from me. All I ask is the same from you.

2 people from £50 per session. Ideal for friends and family who want to work out together while reducing the cost per person. Please message for further details.

Last session today on my block of 10 and would recommend Robert for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. I've also lowered my body fat and gained some muscle in the process. I'm not going to lie - it's hard work, but I've enjoyed it and I've signed up for another block.
