One to one personal training sessions are an excellent way to improve your fitness. The support, guidance and accountability you get throughout your journey can make a massive difference to the outcome, and the knowledge you gain along the way will stay with you long after your sessions have finished.


We offer a free 30 minute consultation which includes an analysis of your current diet, fitness and lifestyle. We’ll talk about your goals and give you some feedback on how we can achieve them.

After an initial consultation we will create a bespoke training program with short, medium and long term goals which we will monitor on a regular basis and change if necessary. It is important that we create a sustainable program that works around your busy life.

You will also receive
  • A full exercise programme for your one to one sessions plus activities to carry out on your own on the days in between.
  • A nutrition plan to make sure that you are fuelling yourself properly. Most of your good work in the gym can be quickly undone by poor diet choices.
  • Lifestyle advice on everything from sleep/recovery to time management.
  • A professional and confidential service at all times.
  • 100% commitment from me. All I ask is the same from you.

I've been going to TF for 3 years now doing PT every week as well as joining the group strength sessions.

Having never done any gym work before, the PT sessions with Robert have been the perfect way to introduce me to the equipment and how to use it correctly with confidence. I was recovering from a snapped achilles which happened during a game of fives and spent a year recovering. During that time I couldn’t exercise and had lost a lot of muscle in my calf and thigh. After a chat with Robert we started on a programme to build up the muscle and flexibility of my leg and the results have been fantastic. Both legs look the same again! Needless to say I’ve had to give up the football but the fitness and weight training have been the best decision I’ve made.

I feel stronger and fitter than I ever had and the benefits to both body and mind have been fantastic. It’s been really hard work but I’ve enjoyed every session and wish I had done it years' ago!

Robert’s knowledge and approach to fitness and wellbeing is in a class of its own and the very well equipped, bright and airy gym is a great space to train in.
