Strength training is for everyone. You don’t have to be muscle bound to lift weights. This training block is adaptable and progressive so that anyone with a basic knowledge of exercise can get stronger and fitter. You’ll feel, look and think better.

We’ll also discuss any questions you have and give you support on exercise, diet and nutrition.

Sessions are 60 minutes long with blocks running on different days/times throughout the week. The cost of each block is £50.
