Spin Classes are a low impact, high intensity cycling workout which give you a great cardio session whilst burning calories and working the legs and core.

The intensity varies throughout the session as you change body position (standing/seated), resistance and pedal speed to simulate an outdoor ride, led all the way by your instructor. You can alter the resistance on the bikes so each class can be made as hard or as easy as you want it to be.

Is it for me? Suitable for most levels of fitness. Basically you just get on your bike!
