Kettlebells can be used to perform a wide range of exercises that work on your cardio, strength and endurance.
Many of the exercises are compound movements which work multiple muscles at the same time and get the heart pumping while strengthening the whole body. This class is a great way to combine both your aerobic workout and head to toe strength training at the same time using one of the oldest pieces of training equipment around.
Is it for me? Weight training experience is more relevant than fitness. Kettlebells take a bit of time to master if you’re not used to weights, however we will happily take the time to teach you.
