HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training is a form of training in which you alternate intense bursts of anaerobic exercises with short recovery periods. This type of training has been proven to burn more body fat than traditional endurance cardio workouts and the burn continues for a longer period after the workout is finished. A great workout for those who enjoy a more intense but enjoyable session which works the whole system.The exercises themselves are straightforward and can be performed by almost anyone. How hard you want to push it is up to you!
