Circuits workout involves various body weight, free weight and cardio exercises, set out in sequence.
Each exercise is performed for a short period of time before moving on to the next one. Once you have completed the circuit you go back to the beginning and repeat. Great for a Cardio and Strength Endurance workout which works the whole body. Exercises are changed on a weekly basis to keep the challenge fresh.
Is it for me? A base of fitness required, although you can skip out or slow down the odd exercise.
